CPTS — French territorial healthcare communities — coordinate the health professionals of a given area. Day to day, their coordinators juggle a patchwork of spreadsheets, binders and shared drives: the member directory on one side, meeting minutes on the other, ACI funding evidence scattered everywhere.
Vexavia, a product designed and developed entirely by Obrentis, starts from that reality with one promise: coordination without the overload. A single tool, built around the coordinator’s actual job, that replaces the patchwork — in a regulated sector where every data question is sensitive.
what I built.
The product is organised into four modules. An interactive map of the healthcare territory, backed by the national directory of health professionals, with filters and visualisation of under-served areas. A meetings module with transcription and automatically written minutes — the audio is deleted after transcription. Year-round tracking of ACI funding indicators, with supporting evidence attached to each one: the annual report for the health insurance fund is ready before it is due. And association management: members, fees, minutes, meeting notices.
The defining choice of the product: zero patient data, by design. No certified health-data hosting required, GDPR-native, hosted in Europe. It is an architectural decision that simplifies everything — compliance, trust, deployment.
On the engineering side, Vexavia runs on a modern stack — React, Convex, Stripe, AI transcription operated in Europe — with a public landing page and an authenticated application behind it.
