frequently asked questions.

Pricing, tech, Google visibility, timelines: everything you're wondering before taking the plunge — no jargon.

pricing & commitment

What happens if I want to cancel?

The website is yours. The code, the design, the content — all yours. If you cancel maintenance, your site stays online. You lose the automations and agents, but never your site.

How much does a website cost for a tradesperson or small business?

From €2,500 for a custom-built showcase website, €4,500 for an online store, with a monthly subscription that covers everything else. Unlike most agencies, my prices are public — you know where you stand before you even call me.

What does the monthly subscription include?

Hosting, security, updates, backups, small changes and support. One point of contact, one invoice — no piling up subscriptions and tools all over the place.

tech & autonomy

I'm not tech-savvy at all — can I still use this?

That's the whole point. Everything is designed so you never have to touch a thing. I set it up, I deploy it, it runs. If you can read an email and click a link, you're good to go.

Do I keep control over my content?

Always. You can edit text, upload images, publish content. I'll show you how in 15 minutes.

Why not WordPress or Wix?

They're generic tools: themes shared by thousands of sites, plugins to maintain, slow load times, security holes. I write custom code — fast, with no hidden subscriptions — and it belongs to you, unlike a Wix site you rent forever.

Will my website work well on phones?

It's designed for phones first — that's where most of your customers will be looking for you. Tested on every screen size before going live.

Google visibility

Why have a website when I already have a Facebook or Google page?

Your Facebook page belongs to Facebook: its rules, its visibility, its outages. A website belongs to you, captures Google searches ("plumber + your town"), presents your work the way you want it and reassures the customers who always check before calling.

How will my website be found on Google?

A fast website (mine aim for a 100/100 Google score), a structure Google understands, copy that answers your customers' real searches and a linked Google Business profile. SEO isn't an option bolted on afterwards: it's built in.

My website is over 10 years old — should I rebuild it?

If it's slow, unreadable on phones or impossible to update: yes. A well-managed rebuild keeps your Google history (your old addresses redirect to the new ones) — you keep what you've earned, you lose the flaws.

your project

How long until my website is ready?

Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on project scope. I give you a precise timeline from the very first call.

What's the difference between a showcase website and an online store?

A showcase website presents your business and turns visitors into contacts (calls, quote requests). An online store sells directly: catalogue, cart, secure payment, order management. I help you choose based on your business — sometimes a showcase site is more than enough.

Who writes the copy and provides the photos?

I start from what you have: the way you talk about your craft, your photos from the job site or the workshop. I write and optimise for Google, you approve. No photos, no time to write? I have solutions for that too.

What is an automation and what does it do for my business?

They're the repetitive tasks your website handles for you: acknowledging an enquiry, following up on an unanswered quote, sending a booking summary, requesting a Google review after the job. You stay in the field, the website does the paperwork.

Can't find your answer?

A 20-minute call, free and no strings attached. I'll answer everything, live.
