For a psychomotor therapist, the assessment report is a central document — and writing it is long, demanding work. Redactys was born from that reality: an AI writing assistant for psychomotor therapy reports, designed and developed entirely by Obrentis, which doesn't produce generic text but reproduces the practitioner's own style, structure and clinical vocabulary.
The subject came with one non-negotiable requirement: confidentiality. This is health data — patient names, clinical write-ups. The architecture had to guarantee, by design, that this information stays where it belongs: with the practitioner.
what we built.
The product is organised into four modules that follow the practitioner's actual workflow: the anamnesis, which turns raw notes into written text; the body of the report, built on imported test scores; the conclusion, with hypotheses and recommendations; and a critical review of the document by a 'virtual supervisor' that challenges the text before the final version.
Confidentiality sits at the heart of the architecture: anonymisation happens locally, in the browser — patient names never leave the practitioner's computer. Every submission is manually approved, no health data is ever stored, and reports export to Word so the practitioner stays in control at all times.
Around the product, we built a complete SaaS model: credits, subscriptions, online payment, and a white-label widget that lets specialist software vendors embed Redactys into their own tools.
